2. Products & Services

  • We provide freshly prepared food and beverages for delivery and/or pickup.
  • All menu items are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payments are securely processed through Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway.
  • We do not store or have access to your card details.
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within selected locations (Hulhumalé and Malé).
  • Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes, but may vary due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic
    • High order volume
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • If the customer is unavailable at delivery, the order may be cancelled without refund.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The order was not delivered
    • Incorrect items were delivered
    • Food quality issues are reported within a reasonable time
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect address provided by customer

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be available to receive your order
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

10. Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
  • We do not store payment card information.
