- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments are securely processed through Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway.
- We do not store or have access to your card details.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery is available within selected locations (Hulhumalé and Malé).
- Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes, but may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- High order volume
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If the customer is unavailable at delivery, the order may be cancelled without refund.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The order was not delivered
- Incorrect items were delivered
- Food quality issues are reported within a reasonable time
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
